The Equity and Opportunity Assessment (EOA) of the Lane Livability Consortium (LLC)  identifies and analyzes issues of equity, access, and opportunity within the Eugene Springfield metropolitan area by topic areas including social and demographic  characteristics, income and poverty, transportation. employment, safety, health, wellness, housing and education.
